Coconut and Chocolate Delights

*For 35 pieces approximately.

  • 250g Grated coconut

  • 2 units Eggs

  • 175g Sugar-free Almond cream*

  • 100g Sugar-free Dark chocolate

  • 1.Mix the grated coconut, the eggs and the almond cream in a bowl. (The almond cream can be replaced with homemade condensed milk ).

  • 2.Knead until all the ingredients are properly mixed, so that we can make little balls with the dough without breaking them.

  • 3.Make little balls and bake at 200ÂșC for approximately 5 minutes, until golden.

  • 4.Once they have cooled down, melt the chocolate and coat the delights with it. To see how it's done, click HERE!

  • 5.Leave it to cool and decorate it.

  • *This recipe can be done replacing the sugar-free almond cream with our basic recipe for Homemade Condensed Milk. Keep in mind, though, that be using condensed milk instead of almond cream, you are adding lactose to the recipe.

  • *Depending on the coconut humidity, the amount you need might vary. The important thing is to obtain a dough that allows you to shape them without crumbling down.

  • *We used sweeteners, not sugar, in this recipe. However, due to its fat content, a moderate consumption is recommended for diabetics.
