1.Knead all the ingredients until the dough is homogeneous.
2.Leave it in the freezer.
3.When ready to use, grate it over the chosen dessert.

*An alternative option would be using the streusel as a pastry crust. In this case, spread it in the desired cake tin and bake at 150ÂșC until golden.
