200g Wheat flour
100g Sugar
100g Margarine
1.Knead all the ingredients until the dough resembles breadcrumbs.
*Usually, we will use the streusel as a "crunchy topping" sprinkling it over pies and desserts before baking them.
*An alternative option would be using the streusel as a pastry crust. In this case, spread it in the desired cake tin and bake at 150ÂșC until golden. Despite its initial breadcrunmbs-like aspect, once inside the oven, the pieces will join resulting in a sort of "giant cookie".
