125g Vegetable yogurt
125g Vegetable milk
65g Sunflower oil
250g Sugar
225g Wheat flour
12g Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence*
1.Mix the yorgurt with the milk, the oil and the sugar.
2.Add the flour and baking powder in, and lastly, the vanilla essence.
3.Pour it into the chosen greased cake tin and bake at 180ÂșC for 35 minutes approximmately.
4.Leave it to cool before unmoulding.
*Be careful with the baking powder, some may contain egg traces.
*Be careful with the vanilla essence, some may contain traces of milk.
*For a gluten free version of this sponge cake, replace the wheat flour with our flour mixture.
*This sponge cake can be used in multiple recipes with different fillings, but it's delicious as it is.
*The vanilla essence can be replaced with cinnamon, orange zest, etc.
