75g White chocolate
100g Gluten-free cereals
50g Peanut butter
Lemon zest

Milk Chocolate Rocks
50g Milk chocolate
100g Gluten-free cereals
75g Peanut butter
Pistachios
Dark Chocolate Rocks
50g Dark chocolate
100g Gluten-free cereals
75g Peanut butter
Sunflower seeds
1.Melt the white chocolate. Once it's melted, add the peanut butter to it.
2.Pour the mixture over the cereals and mix preoperly.
3.Using a fork, make rocks out of the dough and put them on grease-proof paper.
4.Decorate to your liking. In this case, with lemons zest mixed with sugar.
5.Leave it to cool.
6.Repeat the process with the different chocolates.
*In this recipe, we have used gluten-free chocolate puffed rice, but you may use any cereal.
*Keep the rocks in the fridge.
