4 units Eggs
6g Stevia
125g Yogurt
100g Milk
125g Sunflower oil
270g Flour Mixture
16g Baking powder
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence*
1.Beat the eggs.
2.Add the stevia and blend properly.
3.Stir in the yogurt, the milk and the oil.
4.Add the flour mixture and, once it is properly mixed, add the baking powder.
5.Lastly, add in the vanilla essence.
6.Mix properly all the ingredients and pour the mixture into the chosen cake tin, previously greased.
7.Bake at 180ÂșC for 30 minutes approximately.
8.Leave it to cool before unmoulding it.
*To prepare the dairy-free version of this recipe, simply subtitute the milk and yogurt with vegetable milk and vegetable yogurt.
*This sponge cake can be used in tons of different recipes. Also, it is delicious just like this.
*The vanilla essence can be subtituted for other essences, for example, cinnamon, orange zest, lemon zest, et cetera.
*We used sweeteners, not sugar, in this recipe. However, due to its fat content, a moderate consumption is recommended for diabetics.
