60g Milk
250g Dark chocolate
125g Butter
3 units Eggs
3,2g Stevia
125g Yogurt
200g Flour Mixture
16g Baking powder
1.Put the milk, the chocolate and the butter in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Heat it for 30 seconds, stir and repeat it until all the ingredients are completely melted.
2.In a big bowl, beat the eggs, add the stevia and mix.
3.Add in the yogurt.
4.Stir in the melted chocolate.
5. Add the flour mixture in and the baking powder. Mix all the ingredients correctly.
6.Pour into the chosen tin, previously greased.
7.Bake at 170ÂșC for 35 minutes approximately.
8.Leave it to cool down before unmoulding.
*To prepare the dairy-free version of this sponge cake, simply replace the milk and yogurt with vegetable milk and vegetable yogurt, and the butter with margarine.
*This sponge cake can be used in tons of different recipes. Also, it is delicious just like this.
*We used sweeteners, not sugar, in this recipe. However, due to its fat content, a moderate consumption is recommended for diabetics.
