1 can of Condensed milk
1.Remove the label from the condensed milk (very important).

3.Put the closed pressure cooker on the fire, and when it whistles, change it to low fire and wait for 45 minutes.
4.Let the pressure cooker cool down entirely before opening it.
5.The can must entirely cooled down before opening it.
6.Stir the dulce de leche properly and save it in a closed jar in the fridge.
*It's very important for the water to cover the fingers over the can, without reaching the pressure cooker maximum capacity.
